Terms & conditions (ordering info)

Out of stock orders. Most items on this site are kept in stock but inevitably there will be times when things have sold out or have to be special ordered. If the item you ordered is out of stock you will be notified by e-mail or phone within 24hours (usually much sooner). We will also let you know when the item should be coming into stock and give you details of other similar products that are in stock at present. If only part of your order is in stock we will give you the option to either wait until the entire order is in stock before shipping, or ship in stock items and place out of stock items on back order. You will not be charged twice for shipping.

Payment details We accept all major credit and debit cards Inc: Visa, MasterCard, Switch, Maestro, Solo, JCB and American Express. Additionally, you can choose to pay by Paypal When you choose to pay by Paypal you will receive a Paypal invoice from us by e-mail within 24 hours. This can inevitably delay orders if you don't receive the Paypal invoice and pay it ASAP. Please only select the Paypal option if you have an existing Paypal account. We also accept cheques and Postal Orders for mail order purchases (please allow 7-10 days for cheques to clear) before orders are sent out.

European postage charges

Delivery charges international orders Delivery is free within the UK Mainland on all orders over £100. Delivery on orders under £100 will be charged at cost price and will never be more than £5. We can ship anywhere in the World and we will only charge what it costs us. E-mail us for a quotation or see the guide above. This International shipping charge will not be shown on-screen at time of ordering but will be added to your total payment once the order is weighed and shipped. Please note you are responsible for all local taxes.

Price match we always try to have the best prices in the UK but with over 1500 products, it's impossible to keep track of every price. If you see a cheaper price elsewhere, we'll beat it by 1%. Just E-mail or call us with either a quote, a web-link or a magazine advert and we'll beat it providing: A. The product is identical and in stock. B. The price we're matching includes delivery charges. C. The product is not a sale item. It's as Simple as that.

Returns policy. All non-faulty products that are returned or exchanged must be sent to us (unopened and in their original packaging) at the customers expense within 14days of purchase - please call 0845 6800 360 or email info@sourcebmx.co.uk for a returns reference before sending. We will arrange a collection for the faulty product to be brought back to us and we will send you a replacement.
